The USC Trojans pledged Top 150 defensive lineman Lawrence Jackson of Inglewood, Cal., over Tennessee, Miami-Florida, LSU, Washington and UCLA, among many others. The Trojans also gained defensive lineman Matt Spanos of Corona, Cal., over interest in Washington, Washington State, Oregon, Kansas, Colorado State and Fresno State. Defensive back Darnell Bing of Long Beach-Poly, Cal., has met NCAA entrance standards and will enroll at USC in January.
